We will contact you for an appointment within 2-3 days after application, we will contact you by mail or phone to set up a time and date for second opinion consultation.

※ We currently have a high volume of applications. We request your understanding as some time is required between the date of application and available consultation dates.
※ In order to protect your personal information (loss prevention), we are unable to accept documentation sent by post, FAX and courier service. Your understanding is appreciated.

3. Open Hours

Open Hours: 10：00～17：00（except weekends and holidays）

We take your requests for appointments by telephone as well as for information pamphlets. Feel also free to ask any general question by phone.
