About Consultation at the Simoncini Cancer Center

Currently, Japan has the only specialized medical facility for Dr. Simoncini. As appointments are by reservation only, please be sure to specify your desired examination date as early as possible due to the large amount of international patients who also seek treatment.

The Simoncini Cancer Center will allow patients to have their medical records examined by Dr. Simoncini so they may have a second opinion. He will also provide patients with a prognosis on possible treatment.
More than the problem of cancer itself, too much chemotherapy can caused enough damage that repairing of cell bodies to a healthy state is impossible. In that case, the patient may be beyond the range of cancer treatment, we would be unable to perform treatment. If possible, we hope patients call us before undergoing chemotherapy. If the patient has not yet undertaken chemotherapy, of course treatment for cancer is possible.

Treatment at the Simoncini Cancer Center takes into account the patient's quality of life post-treatment. Therefore, we do not consider radiation therapy or other means of treatment that can damage genes so future problems may arise.
